Phobia by Breaking Benjamin (post-grunge)
2y
weird al in 3d - comedy
2y
I'd say ''Sombra'' by Impulso Feral (Grindcore)
3y
if this list is still a thing I have to say that good kid, m.A.A.d city by Kendrick Lamar is a great hip hop album as someone who doesn't like a lot of hip hop
3y
As much as I really don't like a lot of cloud rap, 6 Kiss by Lil B would be a great cloud rap album
4y
or deathcore?? idk.
4y
I guess since I was on the most recent list you did, Ill add my opinion on this one. Whitechaples Self titled for Death-core.

@CLJesse id have to agree, SOAD is all too often categorized as solely a nu metal band despite their eclectic influences and unique sound. it was just lumped under nu metal by the user so thats what i labelled it as, and Hypnotize specifically does have some nu metal elements when compared to other SOAD records
4y
Hypnotize isn't really nu metal. It's a great album and all but frankly it's just alt metal, not nu.
4y
@JackSkull must agree, lots of my favorite metal bands are on the nu metal side of things (especially in my earlier metalhead days)

also ill add the burzum album to the list, forgot to add that when you commented sorry lol
4y
im gonna say it......nu metal isnt bad
4y
burzum - filosofem (black metal)
4y
@MinatoArisato thanks! there are always good albums in genres that are perceived to be bad, so i thought it would be interesting to hear what people think of the best releases from genres they aren't into :)
4y
Really cool for a list, really interesting seeing which albums are so good that they are able to defy their genres.
4y
@Doofy i think its just mainstream country repelling people from digging into the classics and hidden gems
4y
Country is one of the greatest genres of all time what's going on?
4y
I don't really like chart pop but I liked 'Honey' by Robyn
4y
@Oreox4 no problemo
4y
woah it says electronic music? i like electronic music, can u change it to art pop?
