In the words of my dad, the album is "the Mezzanine of the 2020s"
Got to hear it early at my local record store and I was very lucky to get one of the listening party merch packs
Although I really like a good handful of the songs, the album itself was pretty underwhelming
Most of the songs feel like they are only just starting to develop and then they end right before anything happens
Starts out pretty alright and then it takes a nose dive until maybe the last few songs
Also the random ass line about the holocaust in PA Nights made me almost spit out my drink
Really solid live album from Fishmans, good selection of songs and good selection of performances for the songs
The live version of バックビートにのっかって might be one of my favorite live performances from Fishmans
Pains me that I'll never get to see Fishmans live with Shinji Sato (let alone with the current lineup lol)
I'm finding it hard to put my thoughts on my albums into words, but this album kinda feels like watching a train wreck but the train is doing flips n shit and you can't help but find it funny
Would have been better if he replaced bitter fuck with literally any other song from this era
Some of my favorite songs from 2kki, unfortunately this album was uploaded without the approval from the artists of the songs
Impossible for you to listen to this album and not feel happier afterwards
The average listening experience ends up with me accidentally falling asleep by [untitled] and then getting the absolute shit startled out of me by Samurai Sword
I listened to this a long while ago so I can't remember most songs past the first quarter, but the trauma from that one listen deters me from listening to it again
I don't see people talk about this album all that much which shocks me
Arguably has some of the best production across Mac's discography with songs like S.D.S or I Am Who I Am (Killin' Time)
Unfortunately features a few bars that make me cringe everytime I hear them (especially the one about sour cream and onion)
I skip Good News everytime I listen to this album, not because it's bad (very much the opposite) but because it will instantly ruin my day
I feel bad for the people who stopped after the first track
Beautiful and overlooked piece of OPN's discography, with its only major flaw being that most songs are forgettable
