'Penalty of Leadership' serves as a nice return for Boldy James after the mini hiatus he took, for Boldy James' standards, after the car crash he was involved in last year. The album has a little more of a introspective and personal angle compared to his typical style of cold blooded gangster rap. Despite me being a huge fan of his typical style, it's a nice change of pace for him which produces some great tracks.
