The Greatest Showman (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack)

A lot of people here have siblings that jam to this all the time. I also have the same problem. My sister always plays this on repeat, sings the songs from this soundtrack wherever she goes and recommends this album to me due to the fact that I'm obsessed with "robotic noises". I love you very much, sister, you are a great sibling. However, this album cannot help me in curbing my daft punk addiction. The showtuney kind of pop is annoying in my opinion, and the music is basically the same stuff done over again and again. The best term I could describe this album is "Walmart broadway". I really enjoy watching broadway shows such as Les Miserables, Wicked, and The Phantom of the Opera. The aforementioned shows are classics that are hard to top, but this album fails to live up to the lowest standard. I've seen Broadway renditions by high schoolers being way way way better than this. The budget of the film is 84 million, and something better than this could be made with all that money.
