Not a fan of jay z, but anyone rapping over these beats will sound good. the large and extravagant production stands out, but unlike Kanye's typical music, the rapping feels like an afterthought and there's no progression to any of the songs. it's just two okay rappers having fun over amazing beats. also Otis is such an annoying track.
