Void of Vision - CHRONICLES

Void of Vision combines the three EPS in their Chronicles series to make a great collection of tracks that combine metalcore and industrial metal. While the pacing of the album isn't perfect, and some tracks don't live up to the heights of others, the band delivers one banger after another, alternating between powerful choruses and no-holds-barred slaughterhouses of breakdowns and shrieks. The production has a serious punch, and pretty much everything here goes over very well. I'm excited for the next release of this band, they're one of the better ones from the Australian scene.

NOTE: Because these tracks were all released before this year and only compiled in 2023, this will not be on my year-end list.
