Very dreamy and every song flew so well into the other. Don't think it's quite perfect but still amazing
Yeah quite mid compared to what they do in the future. Post-punk doesn't really suit them compared to their more gothic sound that they find later on
And on the third day, God created dry land, seas, plants, trees, and ELO
Tbh it's my first listen to a Kendrick album and I am happy with it. I know it's not TPAB but it has me excited to listen to the rest of his discography
This is just so consistent and beautiful. The melodies and lyrics just hit me.
Down to the waterline and sultans of swing are the clear best songs on this. The others are good but not near those 2.
A difference in this one compared to first 2 albums with lots of elements of folk music with usages of acoustic guitars and overall just a lot softer. Still has hard hitting tracks such as immigrant song and since i've been loving you which are the best songs. And that last song was just annoying af
Such a sad a personal album. The song writing is just amazing and makes me feel so much pain for Phil and what he went through
Just not a fan of it. The lyrics, liams voice, the guitar tones and production. Some good songs in there especially some might say for me. But overall just a pretty mixed bag
A very good indie rock album. Can't say I was always enjoying the vocals but instrumentation is amazing for an indie band.
His song writing is just so good. While I don't think theres as many highs on this album compared with the freewheelin bob dylan, it's still a great album with interesting themes.
Elliott smiths debut is great. It's tier 1 folk music and he shows that throughout his entire discography
This is great. The atmosphere the album creates is thrilling. perfect usage of synths
