foxtails are an incredibly creative post-hardcore band I've been following for a while now, and with fawn it seems they've released their most cohesive and emotional album to date. The contrast between the dark, dissonant rhythm section and the melancholy violin makes for a particularly compelling palette of sounds not often seen in a screamo record, as does the vocalist's limitless range and talent. A unique album that is a must-listen for fans of the genre
