there's a big disconnection between the sound she actually wants to go for and the songs "yes baby" and "make you mine" that seem to be popular among the fans.
anyway, the album is alright; it has a couple of good songs, i wish she just stayed true to her heart and made a fully consistent album, but then again she also lacks the ambition to go for something new.
more fun than her other albums, catchier, higher notes being hit more often which I like, and XO My Cyberlove is a great song with it's modern orientation, great singing and persistent electronic drums/bass working well together
this album makes me feel like a sunfish, literally not caring about anything else doesn't gaf when another fish is eating them just drifting around chilling on sum nonchalant shit...
sparse, pretty, intricate, and frequently captivating,
this album is one of the hidden gems of the year and one of the better and livelier electronic albums I've heard in a while. "blade bird" is a particularly strong closing track. it's kind of a progressive album and honestly I was really vibing with it with the last few songs
