Greg Goldberg doesn't really turn any corners on this record - it's very much "Matchy Matchy 2". I loved that album so much that I honestly don't mind one bit, but there are some melodic lines here that are almost straight lifts from prior outings - none perhaps so obvious as the chorus of "I Don't Feel Like Dancing", which is nearly identical to 2019's "Cry Baby".
