Despite how weird the production goes off, I actually enjoy his experimentation on most tracks. There pretty hectic & funny at the same time.
I was kinda anticipated to hear what Lisa will be putting onto the dinner table, but unfortunately like a few K-Pop projects I’ve heard, there’s a mix of good singing & nice production on some occasions.
But if it’s not that, it’s just goes overboard to the point where sometimes it’s really unlistenable. Also the features on here are either slaps or low efforts.
So at the end of the day, this was a mixed bag with some expectations on the weakest links. ... read more
I kinda feeling with this one, even though there’s parts that are mild or corny, I still think this is some of Reason’s sufficient work he made currently.
Even though this isn’t my favorite stuff from the classical lane, I will give him props for making these tracks are so calm & majestic. I guess this is the best project as background.
I mean some of these tracks are so smooth & indulgent, but when I’m hearing the whole thing, it just felt like it drags on more than its length.
Another good 21 album with good bars & nice beats, but some duds in the mix.
Just like the last one, this has some potential to be somewhat decent, but these elements from him hasn’t changed flow wise since his voice still sounds pretty mumbling & softened. Also, I’m not crazy on these lyrics & beats on some exceptions.
This is an Iann Dior project where I don’t hate the effort he’s doing, but I’m not satisfied when it’s finished.
Now I’ve never been huge on Saint Jhn throughout, but this one right here might be his best to date.
His voice actually sounds pretty good with those sick hip hop tempos. Also, most the songwriting are pretty solid.
I hope he continues doing this type of effort because it’s really working for him.
It’s not that bad, I mean sure the melodies & production can be scant, but I can mostly tolerate that.
Oh boy, this one was another struggle. Now I don’t think Tate McRae is a bad artist, but her style as of late haven’t impressed me. Especially the singles (except 2 hands), were just blends of what we heard from other Pop artists. And now when this album was coming out, I wasn’t sure what kind of monstrosity she’s going to do. Well, the majority of it are kinda different I guess, but it’s almost the same thing as the last, however the problems I’m having to ... read more
This one is actually not bad, her flows are pretty sick & raw matching with the production, which has a diversity of style. I also like how she’s express her thoughts going through the whole project.
Now I think the Oh Sees are pretty unique in their style, but unfortunately this one was just overproduced to the point where it can get unlistenable. Also, the vocals are a bit static to my ears, but on the upside, I don’t think it’s the worst thing I’ve heard since there’s a few tracks that I find better based on production & vocal, sounding somewhat improved.
