This is Eminem's greatest album. And a crowning achievement in hardcore rap/horrorcore at that. There's not a single song that doesn't absolute FUCK in its own special way, everything works and blends together as a solid, cohesive, horrific experience that truly jabs at the psyche of Slim and pulls absolutely zero punches.

i always found it so unsettling how openly prideful leviathan is about his #1 victory royale, considering this is an award for destroying human beings on a battlefield.

I'm going to preface by saying that at the very least i do need to admit that there is a point of experimental where if done right, it can absolutely work out. it doesn't work out as well when you repeatedly brute force the exact same concept with absolutely zero improvement when it didn't work out well the first time. at least, to me, it didn't work out.
