The Beatles - Real Love

Only John Lennon could reunite the Beatles, even after death

The Beatles - Let It Be
88

Do I like it better when it’s naked? Yes. Does that deter what I think of how “Let It Be” was released in 1970? No.

Even with people being mixed on the album, it’s still a top 3 Beatles album and hearing people claim it’s one of their worst is genuinely ludicrous to me. Sure, it has the filler tracks of “Maggie Mae” and “Dig It”, which are objectively the worst tracks, but, to me at least, that doesn’t matter with songs like ... read more

The Lemon Twigs - Corner Of My Eye

The Lemon Twigs may not enjoy the widespread recognition they deserve, but their track "Corner Of My Eye" showcases their exceptional talent in modernizing the essence of 60’s pop and harmonization.

The Beatles - Now And Then

It’s not perfect, but it is a damn good ending to the Beatles

The Beatles - Abbey Road

“Abbey Road” is truly one of the best albums I've ever heard. The delightful sound is like pure ear candy, complemented by it’s incredible lyrics.

Will Wood & The Tapeworms - Everything Is a Lot

The initiation of the Will Wood music saga exhibits a strong foundation. Though a few tracks might appear misplaced, the cohesive blend of intense and loud elements harmonizes seamlessly with the poignant lyrics.

Will Wood & The Tapeworms - SELF-iSH

I'm pleasantly surprised by the "SELF-iSH" album. It boasts a fantastic sound with only two tracks that are just okay. The lyrics accompanying most songs are impressive, adding an interesting and captivating element to the overall experience.

ミラクルミュージカル [Miracle Musical] - Hawaii: Part II
65

It's a unique blend of mental illness themes, hitting the mark at times but missing it in others. "Hawaii: Part II" boasts standout tracks (Labyrinth is my personal favorite), yet it also has some less engaging songs that might make you fall asleep. I'd suggest specific songs, but recommending the entire album might not be for everyone.

Will Wood - The Normal Album
85

This album marked my introduction to Will Wood's music. I was drawn to its eccentric and bold sound, especially his unique approach to Jazz. The overall vibe is fun, and the memorable lyrics have a way of staying stuck in my head.

Will Wood - "In case I make it,"

I've been a longtime listener of Will Wood, and although I hadn't explored this album in its entirety before, I found myself appreciating it as a nice experience. Despite a few boring tracks, the overall bittersweet and deeply personal nature of the album resonated with me, adding to its emotional strength.

Before this review, I'd only heard two Tally Hall songs, "Ruler of Everything" and "Hidden in the Sand," finding them decent enough to prompt a full album review. It turned out to be worthwhile – a nice album with its downsides, but overall pretty good.

Tally Hall - Good & Evil
72

The band's second and final album is somewhat disappointing, considering its untapped potential. Some tracks, like "Never Meant to Know," "Cannibal," "Hymn for a Scarecrow," and "Fate of the Stars," stand out as truly amazing. Despite feeling that they perfected their sound with this album, around a third of it falls into the range of being decent or mediocre.
