although it’s rough around the edges, and sometimes the side pieces have a tendency to make certain aspects of each track not long enough and others too long, this is an unbelievably exciting and groundbreaking album that puts me back to how I felt when listening to jpegmafia and slauson malone for the first time when I was 14-15. definitely one of the most promising duos around right now, and I only see them getting better from here

Overall I did really enjoy her album from this year but it’s a bit inconsistent, there are some absolute SOTY contenders though like this one. A trip hop Hayley Williams album would change lives
this is INSANE! 2025 is the year of rage, as so many artists have pushed so many boundaries for the genre which was getting kind of stale. Slayr is just another example of how exciting the current new wave of rappers is, who I don't think will be fully appreciated until a decade from now.

No one does it quite like him. I feel like I often take earl’s music for granted, but this album just proves to me why he is so special. Earl is a true wordsmith—many try and fail to replicate his wit, melancholy and concise speech. He excels in this particular niche that makes him a tour de force in the genre today. Great album, even if I think it will be a bit overlooked.
Honestly wasn’t huge on Dijon when Absolutely came out, as that record felt pretty all over the place but it was filled with potential. Baby to me is Dijon’s sound fully realized and the results are magnificent. Love this one, and it’s gonna go down as one of the best of the year for sure

Got to meet him a couple of days ago and he was fucking awesome man. What him and 10k are doing is truly an inspiration and will be looked back on several years from now. Great stuff man
