Between the Buried and Me - The Silent Circus

oh my GOD. This is easily one of the best tech death albums ever. The production is great (compared to other albums of the time), the breakdowns are absolutely insane, and the screams and singing are some of Tommy’s best. I love how many of the tracks tie together to create a cohesive storyline that is both interesting and satisfying to listen to. Plus, there’s an acoustic song on here, and I love acoustic ballads in metal albums.
