Tallah - The Generation of Danger

It's good at first but gets kinda exhausting after a while. It's a little too much like they're trying way too hard to be different and while doing that, they sacrifice any catchiness, conventional structures, or impact in the tracks.

Simplicity is key, isn't something they followed here. They go by the "the more we do and more we make it match-Corey, the better it's gonna be" logic, which just doesn't work for me. It's not convincing, I need an actual core of a song, not just random sounds and chaos for 57 minutes straight. With that said, I do find the vocals to be really interesting at times and there are also a few good riffs, it's a shame that it had to end up this way because the band clearly has potential.

But seems like everybody else is loving the record, so who am I to say? It's just not for me, as much as I like Nu Metal and Metalcore.
