Simplicity is key, isn't something they followed here. They go by the "the more we do and more we make it match-Corey, the better it's gonna be" logic, which just doesn't work for me. It's not convincing, I need an actual core of a song, not just random sounds and chaos for 57 minutes straight. With that said, I do find the vocals to be really interesting at times and there are also a few good riffs, it's a shame that it had to end up this way because the band clearly has potential.
But seems like everybody else is loving the record, so who am I to say? It's just not for me, as much as I like Nu Metal and Metalcore.
