I don't usually listen to live albums, but I had to listen to this.
And yeah, these people are just extremely talented. Extremely fucking talented. I might not really be into Chamber Pop, but I did really enjoy this album. How do they do this so quickly? Must take such a long time to make, especially than also perform it live like this. Not to mention the sound of this thing is insane, I think I would actually prefer this as a live album than a studio release.
As much as I don't think it's perfect, considering the Pop elements are not for me, I really enjoyed this. I also love the occasional Jazz elements here, and the whole vibe feels so cozy. Also, the song Turbines/Pigs? Wow, just wow. That and Laughing Song are kind of on another level to the other stuff here, but still.
The best release of today so far, it's refreshing to hear something good today, because all the other stuff has been mid. It's a great experience and sounds awesome, what else is there to say?

Across the Pond friend is incredible live, but I definitely understand it being your least favorite.
