I don't really have a huge history with AJ Tracey. I don't listen to that much UK rap, but once I heard him on the Edna album from Headie One (which was, even if it had some really unnecessary filler, pretty decent) I knew that I have to check him out sooner or later. Then, I hear his single 'West Ten', which also appears on this record, and I actually loved it quite a lot. This record dropped really unexpected in my opinion. While there were some songs to tease it, I didn't think it would come out this quickly, and after seeing it having 23 tracks, I was pretty damn hyped. You know, I like Gunna a lot, Young Thug is a great rapper, too, and than seeing that there are features from Lil Baby, Travis Scott, Lil Uzi Vert, Yung Bleu and especially from Kid Cudi hyped me up hardcore on this record. Lil Tjay is one of these rappers that's kind of hard for me to talk about, because I actually do really like him a lot. What is the problem, you may ask...well: he never managed to do a good long player. While 'True 2 Myself' had some amazing highlights like 'Dream That I had or the Brothers remix with Lil Durk, there is also a lot of filler on the tracklist where Lil Tjay doesn't show any new talent or how great he really can be. So...people are saying often that YBN Nahmir is kind of useless since Cordae, the way superior version of him, left him. And, while I have to say I also didn't listen to him a lot after that stuff with Cordae happened, I never saw him as a bad rapper: a bit generic, but I liked most of the stuff he did on the YBN mixtape quite a bit.
