During the last three months, Sampha has become one of my favorite artists. He has the vocal chords of an angel, and is always backed by gentle, yet lush and beautiful instrumentation. Plastic 100°C has such an incredible chorus. It's a 10/10 just off the chorus alone, so let alone with the beautiful instrumentation and that phenomenal bridge. Unbelievable song. Kora Sings has one of the most unique beats I've ever heard, utilizing the Kora, also known as the "African harp". It's a gorgeous and heartwrenching song about the passing of Sampha's mother. (No One Knows Me) Like the Piano is about his mother as well, and it's really just stunning. I have no other words for it. Sampha turns vulnerability, grief and worries into such powerful art. There's very few artists who I respect so much just through listening to what they have to say on their music.

Nothing on Process touches the greatness of the first four tracks, but that's okay. The rest of the album still consists of good to great songs.
