In spite of the amount of time and experience I have on the internet, one section I only got into recently was music. I was really big into anime more than anything just a year or two ago, only getting into and letting music and the music community take over my life in the first quarter of 2021 after listening to Kendrick Lamar's "good kid, m.a.a.d city" front to back. And it's a lowwww 5. Snail Mail's vocal performances always hinge on their emotion and dynamics, but this falls very flat, feeling more like a cover than anything.
This is actually very polished sounding even if the ridiculous sample kinda undermines it
Some of the most fun I've had listening to an album in a long while. Billy needs to put the Die Anywhere Else cover on streaming.
