This is my favorite work from Ariana Grande although I believe that this is her second best album in terms of lyrics. I just love how she continues to take big risks in order to bring new sound to her game, specifically the trap influence that she brought that was not used in her three previous albums. Pharrell did an amazing job producing many of the songs on this album and he really did bring out the best in Ariana.

This album was consistent from the beginning to the very end. She really elevated her style on this project and the amount of style that she presents to us was very good. I still remember my teenage days in 2014 when I used to listen to this album almost everyday during the summer and it brings back so much nostalgia just thinking about it. She really showed her versatility by having diverse music and different types of artists of different genre being featured on this album and what made this even impressive is that she was still learning the ropes at that time.

This was an incredible way to start out a career. And what was a better way to start out the album with Honeymoon Avenue which I believe is one of her most impressive songs on this. The features were amazing, production was solid throughout too. This is what set Ariana Grande's to her superstar status that she has, today.

I am not into mumbling rap but I do try to listen and give these rappers a chance to prove themselves and sadly they continue to prove why the current state of rap is weak right now. It seems like we heard this sound coming from Gunna and Lil Baby numerous times before through various Atlanta mumble rappers like Migos, Future, and Young Thug. This album brought nothing new to the table beside some songs that ... read more
