Most people say that metal music is the music of the devil. The devil is of course an angel, albeit a fallen one. Couldn't it just be that metal music is the music of the angels, the Biblically-accurate ones? This album seems to have made the suggestion to me, and that makes this an admirable attempt at approximating the mathematical beauty of the heavenly creatures whose forms our limited material senses just struggle to instantiate. Also, the screaming just goes to juxtapose the two opposing ends an angel can settle to, serving God in epic, majestic music, or cursing heaven from the throats of the beasts they possess.
