Goddamn I love this album with every part of my soul. From the melancholy guitar on Headless Horseman, to the sloppy, DIY percussion on I want Wind To Blow, to the whiplash that is Map, I'll probably never stop revisiting this album every winter for the rest of my life.

I come back to this album, (and dean blunt as a whole) every few months just to relive a period in my life that most probably wouldn't want to. Post summer fling, pre newfound love, a strange in-between that isn't talked about very often. A great album that always leaves me with some new takeaway whenever I give it a listen.

An amazing album. Not production wise (that remains iffy from song to song) but for its ability to capture a moment in time, and to retain a group of memories in my mind, and to hold them together like glue.

This album gets better every time I listen to it. Wish we got to see more out of Jerry before he disappeared but oh well, we'll take what we can get.
