Dynamite

I've always disliked stan culture and toxic fanbases. This is pretty much the reason why I wasn't very motivated to check out a BTS release because the fan-base surrounding them is just so toxic and takes every single criticism against their beloved group personally.

However, with this new song breaking record after record, I felt like it was finally time to check out a BTS single. After listening to Dynamite, I have to conclude that this is a pretty decent piece of pop. Yes, it's not groundbreaking and the lyrics are painfully generic and corny and the autotune is horrible and it makes them sound like soulless robots, but the production and overall feel of this tune are pretty great.

It simply is a funky pop anthem and it surprisingly made me smile a little on this rainy Sunday afternoon.
