PARTYNEXTDOOR - $ome $exy $ongs 4 U
78

This album been getting reviewed bomb since before it dropped and I genuinely can't find a single valid review, so here's the first one.

Even though PND is listed as the main artist here, Drake carried him throughout the album. This doesn't mean PND was "bad" but he was weaker than Drake most times. My only critiques of this project is that it feels bloated, some of the tracks could've been cut down and been shorter. Drake sounds really good here, I personally ... read more

Elyanna - WOLEDTO
51

Is this an album? an EP? Who knows! Either way, Elyanna meshes r&b, and pop with Arabic and english. Is she unique, sure. I'll give her that, but this is slop. Just because you are bilingual doesn't mean you have to combine the 2. Ganeni is fire tho.

Mac Miller - Balloonerism
70

I've never really been a fan of Mac Miller or the type of music he makes, nevertheless, I'll try and give an honest review. First of I want to mention how Mac's estate handles his death and his music...hats off to them, the best-treated dead rapper hands down. This is a very emotional album and I feel like the beats show off that very well, the features mesh very well with Mac. Mac wanted to create a world for this album and he perfectly created it. I love the jazz-type beats ... read more

Pusha T - My Name Is My Name
63

The 3rd album I check out is from Pusha T. 4 if we include Clipse. I think this is the weakest Pusha T album from the ones I heard. Is it still a decent album? yeah, there's no denying it. There's like a 3 track run towards the middle of the album that's very poor, but overall I felt Pusha's performance was somewhat decent. The features were very hit or miss, as an avid D1 Chris Brown hater, I felt his feature was the best on the album, either him or Rick Ross. This was an ... read more

Ice Spice - Y2K!
32

I think Ice Spice has the potential, she really does. I genuinely enjoy her music. It's fun, it's catchy, it's creative and it's new. However, this project/EP/Album isn't good. It's missing what makes Ice Spice...Ice Spice. The production can be greatly improved, Her flows are very mediocre and the features aren't good.

Sade - Love Deluxe
100

I love this album. It's one of my fav albums of all time. Everything about this album is amazing, rather flawless. When I first listened to it I had high expectations and Sade exceeded them. Even on relistens, I still love this album. This is so wonderful. Sade's voice is majestic, and her vocals are insanely good. The soul production is phenomenal, and the instrumentals are amazing. Sade is so talented and her performance on this album is beautiful. This is an incredible album by an ... read more

Doechii - Alligator Bites Never Heal
70

I mostly enjoyed this, the first half is way better than the 2nd half. One of the things that annoys me about this project is that there are so many tracks that are only 2 minutes long, it makes me want more and it just abruptly ends. Doechii tries to showcase her variance on this album but I would've loved it if she stuck to one sound and cut down the extra tracks. The beats are nice, the production is good and Doechii rapping is great, more of the rapping, please.

WESTSIDE BOOGIE - Everythings For Sale
70

I like this—Boogie's Shady debut. I've always said it and I'll repeat it, this guy is destined for mainstream popularity, he's the best artist from Shady and has such high potential. Sadly his label is shit. The melodic tracks on this album aren't that good but are still listenable, however, Boogie should stick to the rapping. The features are very good, even the Eminem feature, one of the best in current era Eminem. The production is also very enjoyable. overall ... read more

Future - SAVE ME
67

Our first EP of this challenge! Here Future starts experimenting and strays away from his sound a little. There's some nice melodic flows by Future. Sometimes the flows gets boring and stale, some of the songs feel dragged out. Shotgun is easily the worst song of the EP.

Rihanna - Rated R
63

Nice concept. A Dark vulnerable album, sadly the execution isn't that great. I don't have much to say on this, personally I think it's her worst album. The production is good but I feel like that's the best aspect of the album. Riri fails to portray her emotions and the features aren't good.

Jack Harlow - Jackman.
60

I've been a Jack Harlow fan for a while and I remember really liking this album when it dropped. However I never really revisited it since 2023. I decided today was the day that I revisit the album and I simply think it aged badly for me. It's still a step above Come Home The Kids Miss you. This album shows massive improvement in flows, lyrics and even production, but it still feels lacking, whilst I said the production has improved, it still feels stale at certain times. Jack himself ... read more

Dua Lipa - Dua Lipa - Live from the Royal Albert Hall
87

Dua Lipa. Wow. Where do I Start? This is amazing. I already was a Dua Lipa fan who loves her albums, Future Nostalgia is such a good album. This album is just amazing, her vocals, and the live orchestra. This album shows off Dua's talent. There are a few Radial Optimism songs on here (I didn't like the album) but they sound amazing here.

Lil Baby - WHAM
37

Where do I start...We have our first new release of the year in this challenge and it's a bad one...No like awful. Did he just say "Tell me how you wanna cum" and did he also say "Who's as hard as me?" I came into the album with low expectations and holy shit I left disappointed. The features are good but even then Rod Wave and Rylo were meh.Lil Baby is as uninterested as ever. He's bored, He's monotone, and the beats are stale.

Westside Gunn - Still Praying
80

This is it. The Westside Gunn comeback. Hopefully the Griselda comeback. After 2ish years of dropping straight bullshit, WSG linked up with Dj Drama and dropped this masterpiece. The wrestling references are beautiful, the production is great, the iconic WSG adlibs are perfect and WSG performance is amazing.

Tyler, The Creator - CHROMAKOPIA
63

Tyler tries to reinvent himself again but ultimately falls face first to the asphalt. Some good tracks, some bad. Ok album.

Kendrick Lamar - GNX
55

on a first listen I said the production was great but on a relisten it’s not. The album is an uncohesive mess, Kendrick tries to put it together by the Italian girl that speaks on the start, middle and the end but it just doesn’t work. Kendrick feels like he tried to reenact the aura and energy of NLU throughout this album
But it doesn’t just work out imo. Some lyrics/lines are borderline cringe worthy. On a nice note, I really liked the intro track and reincarnated. Back to ... read more

Beyoncé - COWBOY CARTER
63

Renaissance clears

Future - WE DON'T TRUST YOU
57

Future can only do so much with the lacklustre, mediocre production given by Metro Boomin

Tyla - TYLA
66

Afrobeats are always good but here Tyla tries to recreate Water on multiple different tracks and they always fall short, should've explored something different instead of tryna make the same song again

40

What started as a generic beats generic flows devemt lyrics album, ended up being an overbloated mess
