We're In It Only For Money perfectly defines the two behaviors of the experimental rock band, on the one hand the satirical humor so well executed by Zappa and on the other the experimentation, you can't get into any genre to the songs of this project, the amount of musical details in each song is infinite, you must listen to it many and over and over again to notice each sound.
What I like the most is that there is no flat sound, when the band experiments with this craziest and most extravagant sound is when it shines, also the simplicity of each song makes listening very fast and pleasant, for me it was a change in history of rock, not only because of the sound they brought, since nobody at that moment in time was as risky with sound as Mothers Of Invention, but also because they established themselves as one of the best bands of the 60's and rock, it seems to me a masterpiece and the album that best defines Frank Zappa and his character, art.
