I see myself coming back to some of these songs, but the project as a whole fails to strike me enough for me to say I thoroughly enjoyed it.
I can see myself coming back to some of these songs, but not that strong of a project as a whole in my opinion. Felt like it was lacking a lot and it failed to keep me hooked all throughout.
Overall fun. Had a really strong start but gets weaker by the end.
Just disappointing. I didn’t go into this record with the hope it would sound anything like Smile 2’s soundtrack, which I love, but even then this album felt like a let down. There are only a few songs I mildly liked and the rest I couldn’t care for less. I don’t see myself coming back to this ever. Nothing interesting happens throughout the entire record and there’s genuinely just a handful of small jumps Naomi Scott takes.
Something Beautiful is disgunstingly underrated. I love these interludes.
A likely 100 had it not been for Bread Song and Mark's Theme, which ruined the album's pacing for me. Eitherway, Ants From Up There accurately depicts what it would feel like to watch a plane your loved ones have just boarded come crashing down before your eyes.
Such a raw and intimate record from Hayley Williams. Only a handful of albums have gotten me to break down in tears. I'm happy Ego Death At A Bachelorette Party is one of them.
A monumental record with some commercial lows, but undoubtedly relevant and pertinent to latin culture.
Best folk to come out this year so far. Extremely liberated with a diverse range of instrumentals and gorgeous vocal performances from Cameron Picton all throughout tracks. Heart of Darkness felt a little too repetitive for me, but the rest of the album felt very refreshing.
