He does settle down eventually and makes some catchy songs, but he’s definitely playing it safe on this album. There’s nothing new here, these songs will make great radio filler.
Tierra Whack rarely steps out of the Alt R&B/Pop Rap sound she established on Whack World. I would’ve preferred more of an evolution in her style. She starts to try some new stuff in the middle of the album and those are the strongest songs on here.
I don't think Movement deserves its reputation as a "rough start" for New Order. It sounds more like a phoenix from the ashes album to me.
