The dreams get dreamier
Although this definitely isn’t my favorite Slowdive album, and although certain ideas don’t translate for me, I can absolutely still sit back and appreciate this one. This was quite a bit of a twist coming off of Souvlaki, with it being much more spacious and ambient. I’m kinda cool with that though, it adds for some extremely refreshing moments like Rutti, which is gorgeous. Blue Skied An’ Clear is super nice. Some of the production and songwriting choices can get a little weird but overall this is a super pleasant listen.

Honestly this albums grows on you more as you listen, especially the slow pacing to it
