What an amazing debut by JENNIE.

Most debut albums are focused on finding the right kind of music that fits the artist, in this case it'd be RNB and Pop, and JENNIE does a great job at finding and creating a path for herself. This is a bag of various songs that go in different directions, innovating and upgrading previous works to create far better music. JENNIE's vocals are perfect for songs like Love Hangover or Handlebars, where the vibe and RNB style is perfect. Her rapping is also pretty impressive, a song like "like JENNIE" is creative, using her Korean language and English language to mesh in-between the rapping performance, creating a sort of enigmatic yet captivating flow (this goes for all rappers and artists that use different languages when rapping... except when drake does it). This album provides romantic and RNB heavy songs, bangers, experimental songs and heartwarming songs like twin. Speaking of twin, the final song on the track list is an amazing finisher, with the authentic guitar instrumentals and JENNIE's vocals that are engineered perfectly to harmonize and fit with the song and the instrumentals. Overall, this is a good step in direction for JENNIE, hope to see more from her! Anyway, this album is a strong 87
