They did this style better as a pop punk band than mainstream artists who specialize in this type of sound.
This is a really good album and the second time ATL go for a more introspective, but at the same time more poppy style. Some tracks do get a bit generic, which is what keeps me from giving it a higher score (Basically New Religion and Calm Down) but very enjoyable still
The one thing stopping me from giving this album a 100 is Favorite Place
Really good. It's not revolutionary in any way, but a continuation of ATL's fun and upbeat style done in a great way. Wake Up Sunshine is slightly better but that doesn't say much, since that was the best pop punk album of the 2020s so far
Great, falls off a bit in the middle with Barry Bonds and Drunk and Hot Girls, but still these aren't bad songs either
