Wow, this album was an experience.
A Lonely Sinner is an amazing post-rock indie record from samlrc, an AOTY user. This album gives you this mix of emotions by how the production and vocals sound. Some songs on one track can make you feel sad while the next one an uplift you and repeat. I believe it demonstrates the ups and downs of life and mental troubles. It feels like an album to relax and feel comfortable with.
The clear influences also make this album stand out more, with songs like ... read more
EDIT 99 -> 100
700 plays on this album later, I can say this is one of my favorite albums of all time. Everything is perfect about it and this album has so much charm. :)
I'm going to try to be the least biased I can be in this review buttt....
Yeah, this is amazing. I've started listening to black midi this year and always fell in love with Greep's vocals and range. His voice is so addicting and it adds so much to the music. But when the single came out I never expected ... read more

If you haven't listened to this album, YOU NEED TO. Everything is perfect, down to the brim.
The vocals, the production, the storytelling.
THIS ALBUM IS PURE PERFECTION. THERE IS NO OTHER WAY TO PUT IT.
HUGE hype for this album and I was not disappointed.
Sky Hundred is probably one of the most interesting albums this year, the instrumentals and the noisy production capture the feel while still keeping Parannoul's classic style. While I still prefer dream, I can still see why people love this album so much.

Hellmode is one of my personal favorites of 2023 due to its chaotic funny nature with some serious moments. The fact that he can mix those moments so flawlessly and smoothly is very impressive. Also, I just found out he worked on the Craig Of The Creek soundtrack, that MIGHT be why I loved this album so much.
really overhated just because he is popular on TikTok but his music is actually good
