Rivers, this aint it, bud. You had a streak going with OK Human and Van Weezer, don't feel the need to fuck that up.
I'm not sure what they're going for with this SZNZ thing, I'm assuming each EP is gonna have its own sound with each passing season. Cool in theory, but based on this first entry, this might be one of the cringiest things they might ever do if it's in this similar quality. This album is some of Rivers most cringy writing since Make Believe, the guitars and instrumentals all sound awful and cheesy. This feels like a group of dads pushing 50 and in the need of retirement, and it takes that to the max! Idk, maybe there's the small chance of the other EPs being better, but idk man, if this is the bar we're setting, I don't have much faith.
