I first listened to "Two-Way Mirror" and fell in love with it. I was hoping that the rest of this album would have a similar vibe but that is not the case. Most of this song had no real impact on me. They didn't make me feel one way or another. I did really like "Is It Really You?" as it feels very similar to "Two-Way Mirror". The other songs on this album didn't really leave any sort of impression on me. Overall, the album is alright but most of the ... read more
This had a couple songs that I really quite liked but also some that were pretty bad imo. Most of the songs were pretty mediocre and unmemorable and a few were a bit cringey.
Outside of a few tracks, most of these songs are pretty forgettable and I wouldn't really listen to them again. I find that most of the songs are alright but don't have something super catchy about them to make me wanna stick around.
This is a really good album. The only song I didn't like was "BABYMETAL DEATH" because of how repetitive it was. Other than that all off the songs on this album are incredible with great replay ability. I've already listened to all their other albums (I think), I've just got to review them.
I had only listened to "Kiss the Ladder" before listening to this album and really enjoyed that song. After listening to the album all the way through I find that a lot of the songs are alright just not very memorable. They don't have the same vibe as "Kiss the Ladder" did. The only song I really didn't like was "Enjoy", I thought the vocal performance was pretty jarring compared to the rest of the album and I really didn't enjoy listening to it. ... read more
Pretty mixed bag. I didn't like tracks 3 or 4 but the others were alright.
So much of this is terrible. There are only a few songs that I had on repeat a few years back hence the high ratings on some songs. Most of this stuff is terrible, I am at a loss for words tbh. There's not much to say about this. A lot of the tracks feel like demos or unfinished songs.
This is a pretty mixed bag of songs. There's a couple songs that are great like "mother tongue" and "MANTRA" but most of the other songs on the album are either alright or a don't mind them. I wasn't sure of "ouch" counts as an interlude song but I rated it anyways. It's just super repetitive track and pretty boring. Overall, I don't mind this album and it definitely wouldn't be the first album of theirs that I'd recommend.
There's a strange blend of really mediocre/unenjoyable songs, unmemorable instrumentals, and really high energy memorable tracks. It's just so odd. Tracks like "HOUSE ON SAND", "IF IT DOESN'T HURT", and "EXISTENTIAL DREAD" are so good but other songs like "STUCK" or "ANGEL SONG" just aren't pleasant to listen to. Then all of the instrumental tracks are just kind of there, they don't really impact the album in any way for ... read more
I haven't really listened to any of the $uicideboy$ stuff since I heard "..And to Those I Love...". I stumbled across "Whatever Floats Your Boat Will Definitely Sink My Ship" and thought I'd listen to the whole album. The problem I have with a lot of this album that it all sounds very similar and a lot of it is just boring or uninteresting. A lot of the beats are mid and the vocals aren't really the best. The only song I really liked was the song I found the ... read more
I'm pretty mixed on this album. There are some tracks on here that I'm in love with but there are so many songs that are just boring or uninteresting.
"Vampyr" has an incredible soundtrack. I stumbled across the game on the ps4 store and really enjoyed the game and its' soundtrack whilst playing. The soundtrack is filled with incredible violin pieces that really fit the atmosphere of the game. A lot of the tracks are simply incredible for a lack of words. There's a lot of intense music dotted throughout which I assume was used in boss fights throughout the game (it's been a while since I played). However, there are ... read more
This album is alright. I like quite a lot of the songs but they're definitely not as good as other songs on their discography. The only songs I didn't really like were "Acidic" and "Heirloom". They were just boring and I didn't care for them. I really liked "Yen" and "H377". Overall, this album is pretty good. I liked it overall, but I'm not sure I'd recommend it to someone.
As a lot of people have said, the middle portion of this album is really not as good as the beginning and end. Some of the songs off of this album are easily in the top 10 Slipknot songs. The problem is that the middle portion is all pretty mediocre. There's nothing in the tracks that really makes me want to stick around and listen to it again. I think "Psychosocial" may have been my first Slipknot song so I'm not sure if it's nostalgia that's making me give it a ... read more

This was the first Slipknot album I listened to and was one of the first metal albums I listened to. I remember I would listen to this album while walking home from school. The songs are high energy and really good to listen to. The only song that I didn't really enjoy was "The Virus of Life" which I feel just drags on, I don't mind the industrial vibe to it, I just wish it was a bit more energetic or upbeat like a lot of the other songs on the album. Overall, this is a ... read more
This was my 3rd album of theirs that I listened to the whole way through. All of the songs are really good apart from the last song. They are nice to sing along to. "Kingslayer" is easily my favourite song on this album. It is really energetic and I love the BABYMETAL feature. The worst song is definitely the last song on the album. The song just makes me cringe and I don't really like Amy Lee's singing on it despite liking some of her other stuff with Evanescence. Overall, ... read more
This is a really good album. I found this album while I was going through Spotify's top metal albums of the year and I've loved a lot of the songs on this album and been listening to it quite a lot. There are a few songs that I love to sing along to. While the album gets a bit worse at the end, this album is really great and I highly recommend it.
