I can easily say that my favorite thing about FLCL is the soundtrack, I like the show too, but the soundtrack is god-tier man. It's awesome front to back , and it's just so emotional and powerful. Full of chaotic energy like the show, all of the songs here are fun and exciting to listen to. Songs like ハイブリッドレインボウ also bring a emotional and teenage angst side to this album too, which I love, I just love this

If there’s one album to describe 2020 with, it would definitely be this one.

Anyways, crazy to see how much Gorillaz matured within 4 years, you can see this with the first track off the two albums. Re-Hash is a fun, groovy, catchy song that definitely has that Saturday morning feel to it, meanwhile Last Living Souls is a much darker, lonely, mechanical and lush song that overall has a much more menacing feeling to it than most of the songs off the Self-Titled album. Most of this album ... read more

Sounding like a blend of 60's psychedelic Beatles pop and 70's prog rock, Lonerism is an explosive, wild, and creative album that is full of color and personality to it. I'm not really a big fan of the reverb of this album, but goddamn this album can be very transcendence at times, there's moments on this album where the idea on it doesn't really work, but most of this album is pretty great, it was pretty satisfying to listen to and most of it was pretty consistent

great debut from Gorillaz, while not every song’s idea is executed perfectly, they all done pretty interestingly. I also just love the whole aesthetic of this album blending hip-hop, trip hop, and alternative music in one serving. There’s just so many highs on the record that even the weaker songs aren’t really that bad, (I’m still not a big fan of Double Bass though.) Also, can we all stop hating M1 A1 please? It has a long intro for sure, but it’s a pretty killer ... read more

Didn’t care for this one as much as I did for the other Cowboy BeBop soundtracks, Cats on Mars is dope though

I wasn’t a big fan of the more ambient parts of this EP, though everything else was great, it’s definitely one of their better stuff in a while with it being much more colorful and lively

while it did go on for a while and could haven been shorten by a minute or two, it’s still a grand and lush song from Sufjan himself full of interesting instrumention and very mellow lyrics

I don’t nearly love this one as the first Cowboy BeBop soundtrack, though there’s some pretty great stuff on here. Plus, Blue and Call me Call me make me cry every time whenever I listen to them

Easily my one of my favorite soundtracks of all time, I don’t just mean in Television, like just in general, it is one of the greatest. it’s just so absolutely phenomenal and each track is just so memorable. The jazz tracks are just so explosive and full of energy, not to mention this soundtrack just has so many style to it like the TV series itself. Only complaint is that Rain doesn’t really fit on this soundtrack, it could have easily been on the Blue soundtrack, plus ... read more

(NOTE: Score above isn’t for the actual game itself, only the soundtrack)

Ah, Portal 2, what could be said about one of the greatest video games sequels of all time? Actually a lot, Portal 2 is easily one of my favorite video games of all time. It not only expands on the gameplay of the first game, but also the characters and the worldbuilding too. I know there are people who actually prefer the first portal to this game, and I will get to that game for another time, but right now, I ... read more

Okay, Bad Romance & Telephone slaps! Some of the top tier mainstream pop of the 2010’s. Everything else was fine though, don’t get me wrong, it was well produced and Gaga is a good singer, though nothing was really memorable for me besides the songs I was talking about earlier. It’s decent, but I honestly didn’t really care for it

To be honest, I unironically like this album. If you ignore the more outdated stuff of this album, you actually get a somewhat decent alternative rock album. This isn’t some Song for the Deaf or White Blood Cells, but it’s a fun time

I actually wouldn’t mind Kanye going in a Christian music route if he’s does more interesting stuff like this, sure it’s messy and it could use more substance, but it’s an overall improvement of most of the stuff on Jesus is King

Definitely one of the more slower Talking Heads albums, which could be seen as a negative, however, I really like the proto-Punk sound of this album. Also, thus album is weird with songs like Animal and Air, it’s one of those albums where there’s nothing liking it. This album does suffer from a weak ending though, despite surreal it is, I’m not a real big fan of Drugs, and Electric Guitar is meh, though everything else is great, plus it has one of Talking Heads’s best ... read more

"The hatred that people on this site have towards BTS and k-pop in general is so pathetic, especially the critique that they're not ''authentic enough''. Music is not better because its more obscure and liked by indieheads, it also isn't worse because its more popular or has mainly young female fans. They do make personal and authentic music with a wide array of genres where there is atleast something for everyone. The BTS fans aren't bots, they're just excited and want approval for their favorite band that is often judged unfairly because of misconceptions based on stereotypes, misogyny, racism, etc. Those fans are easily identifiable and their reviews can be removed, I have more of a problem with the people on this site that say racist and untrue things and give something a 0 just because it has 1. Excited female majority fanbase and 2. Korean male kpop band."
