All bbno$ had to do to start writing good music was start writing about his actual life
This was...an experience. Not a life-changing one. Not a horrible one either. By the end I was disgusted, impressed, cringing, and wondering why again I chose to listen to an album for which I was clearly not the intended demographic.
I loved parts of it. I hated others. I both loved and hated most of it.
In the end, I can see why so many people enjoyed this album so much, but it's definitely not for me.
I first ran across the name Vylet Pony from a music reviewing youtube channel that ... read more
i dislike the wowowowowo bass in the chorus but the rest of the song is both a banger and ethereal
I apologize profusely but I'm going to have to rate this seriously. good message but bro is not spitting
Overall a decent, pretty straightforward melodic track with some cool sound design but OH MY GOD the saxophone solo paid my rent and saved my relationship
I could write a hundred paragraphs about how beautiful this is—the incredible production, the drum work, the ethereal instrumentation, the vocals which are apparently in a made up language half the time, and the sheer, earnest, raw emotion permeating every track (especially Untitled 8, oh my god) but instead I'll simply write the single word that comes to mind when you come across a work of art this beautiful and breathtaking:

The instrumentation brings to mind horror movies and Halloween.

All things considered, it’s not a bad song and I’m interested to hear what direction Lana takes the album.
A solid, no-nonsense indie pop album with some incredible highlights. Also automatic is one of the catchiest songs I’ve ever heard
Favorites: Automatic, Lie, Lie, Sophie’s House, Long Drive
Least favorite: Bleed It Out, All My Love
I was listening to Lune when my car got T-boned in an intersection and flipped three times
potential world record for number of hairstyles in a single music video
Trees probably had the greatest glowup of any song ever, mainly because of how awful this version is.
This is just vessel but with worse mixing, production, song selection, vocal delivery, and basically everything else. That being said, there are a couple of cuts unique to this album that are pretty good.
The original is one of my favorite songs of all time.
Sadly, I think this release is a bit of a letdown for several reasons.
First, they abridged the song. Most of it is still there, but the full version is still much better.
Second, the music video is just a reused short film from fourteen years ago that doesn’t appear to fit with the song’s narrative at all. I’m confused why they went with it instead of creating a new music video, especially considering what this song ... read more
