Pretty good album with a few good tracks. Some stick out more than others, because a few of the songs sound the same, but cut hands is a great song that recaptures the listener.
Objectively, it's good. But it does not sound anything like peak 1995-2003 Mushroomhead. I can barely tell if it's the same band.
Even duller and even more badly put together than volume one.
Extremely bland and generic but it's also Metallica so they can do whatever they want.
Very generic compared to Slipknot's discography, but it's alright especially for an album made 23 years after their first.
Mr Bungle is back with, once again, an extremely different album to the previous three. Although it doesn't have the same character as the other three, it's still an enjoyable album.
The thought is there, and Iove that they did this by finding lost recordings of Wayne's voice. The album, however, feels unorganised and the songs feel incomplete. Listenable, but nothing great.
If you expected anything else other than what it is before listening to it, I am deeply sorry. This album proves that without Jeffrey Nothing, there is no Mushroomhead. And unlike Call The Devil, which has at least a couple objectively good songs, the music is genuinely mid too.
Heavy as fuck and overall a good listen that sometimes gets a bit same-same but it's still good
Otherworldly album. In fact, this is the only album released in the past 10 years that I have given a 90+ score to.
Very good for a band 20 years after their first album, but still not 1999-2008 level Slipknot
Overall, it's not amazing. I don't have much to say other than it's experimental and it's much better than the chocolate album but it's far from great.
