I dont even know how someone can define the genre of this album. It sounds like a mix of Nu-Metal mixed with hardstyle mixed with drum and bass at the same time.

This album isn't something I'd go back and listen to. I also think Panic Attack is overrated.

Yeah this song is the embodiment of musicians having fun. I think these 2 work really well in bringing back the 2014 pop sound. Bruno Mars embodying his inner 24K magic on this track and it works so well. Bruno's version of the chorus just sounds so good. Then the upbeat section at the 1:45 mark and onward is just is flawless.

Do I think the lyrics are lacking? Yes. But so I find it fun? Yes.

Every track on this EP is an acoustic place of calmness especially THINGS BEHIND THINGS BEHIND THINGS. Bon Iver's voice mixed with the violin and acoustics on S P E Y S I D E is really good. I feel like this EP will get talked about alot in the coming days and I feel like that's for the best.

You have WHAT JUST HAPPENED? which is one of the best songs off the album and was quite frankly peak 2022 unreleased Kid Laroi. I used to listen to that song a ton using YouTube music (when I used it).

Worlds was the first album that I chose to I listen to ever. And I feel nostalgic thinking about it slightly. It's a 99 because I don't really like lionhearted and natural light compared to the others but it's a really great song

God this is such a flop of an album in many so areas. It's a smart-ish idea having a whole remix album but this album just didn't provide anything consistently good at all. Judging by remixes only. This second release really improves on the first release for me. I prefer this one so much better. The fact that the songs have become more instrumental focused when they sound better integrated for longer sections of them is what I prefer with this "genre" of music. Lyrical components are far better compared to the last track as well for me. They've done it right this time

Why have they decided to release a deluxe album 2 days after the original album released - I want it to be known that these ratings will change when I listen to the album more.

Since black midi used to make consistently highly rated albums it was obvious this would be anticipated to be one of the better albums of the year. And seeing as the group split it's obvious Geordie wanted to have his own creative direction on a project. The real question is, is it the best album that has released this year?
