I have to say, if this wasn't a two song EP this would be at least an 80. This rock ep by our very own Plats is such a fun energy that I look for when I listen to bedroom punk like this. There's an interesting amount of experimentation and variation on this with different instruments, chord progressions, and a very complex understanding of music. You can tell Plats spent a lot of time on these songs because it sounds like a labor of love.

Honestly my only critique is make it longer. Two ... read more

Christian R&B can go burn in a pile of the $5 CD tub they all inevitably end up in.

I'm going to be honest, the only reason I chose to listen to this was because I kept typing in "Oh" to bring up the AOTY user (Stream Sometimes I Wish to Be a Clover btw) and this kept popping up. I guess that subliminal advertising worked because I thought "huh, I guess I'll check this out, and god it's so bad.

It's like if Khalid teamed up with Zooey Deschanel to make music for Christian ... read more

Ok so I recently listened to The Format and I loved it. Incredible fun production, still great lyrics, and a really modern feel. EVen though it came out in 2007 it feels like it hasn't aged a day. So I thought "Oh, I wonder if fun. holds up that well. I like fun., Carry On is incredible song, this should be an easy 90." And it should have been, this should have been a great album, but it wasn't.

My first clue that something fishy was happening was the three singles were at the front ... read more

In many ways this is worse than Coffee and Ramen but also, it's admittedly more enjoyable?

I mean, using megalovania as a backing track is a bad idea. Putting a "What is Gravity Falls had lyrics" song on a "serious album" is a worse idea. And RAPPING on said Gravity Falls song is the worst idea anybody can have. Snapcube why! Why would you do this to me? Why would you force a 2012 "Subscribe to NERD GAMER SONGS" bit on your album. It just kills any fond memories ... read more

You are all wrong on this one. >:( Wrong!!!

It's easy to write something like this off as "Drumpf bad ha ha! I am comedy god!" But this is an actual album with real thought and energy put in, and writing it off like that is lame. Besides, this album doesn't even just focus on Trump anger so there's no reason to write it off like that.

The albums opener "A Poem" has these shaky, damaged vocals that continue through the whole album. It sounds like Sean is really ... read more

Actually, it used to be my favorite album from him lol. I've grown out of that phase now but I still love it. I thought Philosophy of the World was an interesting 10/10 too. I didn't know what to think when I first listened to that lol. Your review was great though.

50 and up albums are good
