Born Yesterday is genuine ear candy in a song. After 3/4 of the year gone with some insanely epic releases, Quadeca holds his own against modern classics like Ants From Up There and MOTOMAMI to deliver a true experience that ranks as one of the best songs of the year. Who would've guessed that a 6 minute Quadeca song could be this good.
His best song yet, beating out Sisyphus. Quadeca has improved immensely over the mere year and a half since From Me To You, and it looks that he'll be creating an album that will be better than his magnum opus. I'm happy to say 'I Didn't Mean To Haunt You' is now my most anticipated album of the rest of 2022.

I wouldn't go as far as to compare it to entire records that rank as some of the best of the year, but I would agree that this is certainly one of the most impressive and intriguing songs of the year for sure.
