I give it a 40 because at least the production is as good as Steven can do, which is like very good.
But holy shit this was bad. The lyrics and theme are even worse and as pretentious as Fear of a Blank Planet but at least that album was amazing instrumentally, this is not. This is repetitive, tedious, boring, stupidly long. Massive nono.
