ok, i was really worried what will the album be like after the manifesto and the god of lying came out but hearing this song as an album opener (skipping the interlude) changed my whole view about the mountain.

bad person = bad music, atp.
this album sounds like ”alternative” music made for basic 11 year olds who want to be different. honestly, i think melanie messed up basically everything. the songs sound like some shit that would play on the radio, lyrics are just bad, instrumentals (beats or whatever you call them) are boring. many people are accusing her of copying björk’s fossora and utopia. i guess she messed that up too. 10 points for at least trying to be different.

this song is an overrated, disappointing mess.
yes, it has some good producing and lyrics, but listening to it feels like hell. the rhythm and tempo drastically change in the middle of the song. sure, i could just listen to the split up versions, but they sound incomplete.

trueno’s verse is mid, proof’s verse is ok, the chorus sounds bad. damon, has anyone ever told you that the voice effect you’ve used since cracker island is terrible? well, i just have.
