"Beverly Laurel" is a fairly average track with Kevin's most overloaded vocals on the entire album. I don't think it can hold more than a couple of auditions (that's why it's a B-side, it seems).

Kevin's previous album, Innerspeaker, was a great introduction to the psychedelic rock genre for me, and while some of the tracks were pretty monotonous, overall it's a very high quality work at all levels. Tame Impala makes me gradually fall in love with psychedelia. This is fundamentally different from anything I've heard before and has its own unique vibe at the same time energetic and calm.
