Unfortunately, the album tends to feel like the same flows and instrumentals for 30 minutes. Night Lovell doesn't bring anything new to the table... that being said, Trying to Float and Alone are both great songs, and theres a few really interesting beats on this project, like the 808 on I Know Your Ways... I still love Night Lovell and will probably still listen to this album on occasion.

Decided to listen to the first two Wolf Alice records before listening to Blue Weekend...

This is phenomenal debut record. My Love Is Cool is unique and groundbreaking, while also staying true to the sounds that inspired it. A lot of the songs give me a Breeders vibe, and i can't get enough. Ellie Rowsell can do anything!

Cole's best work to date. The skilled lyrics and flow from KOD, but with less hooks and interludes...

This record has some of Rise Against's best riffs in years, and Tim's vocals sound better than ever. That being said, the songwriting and lyricism feels directionless and uninspired at times. The album is a pretty good listen, but doesn't really leave you wanting more, you're just ready to move on. Unfortunate, considering how good this band was in the 2000s

Pretty meh, unfortunately. It's not bad at all, it's just kinda boring... that being said, Let's Go is a great song with a great riff.

the more polished older brother of In Utero... what's left for me to say that hasn't already been said before? This album is fucking fantastic...

From the hauntingly beautiful sounds of Heart Shaped Box, to the guttural screams of Tourette's.... From the slamming riffs in Scentless Apprentice, to the wacky leads in Very Ape... everything about this record is perfect...

SO GOOD... this is an artist i've never heard before, and i'm not sure why I checked it out, but i'm so happy I did... I don't even know how to describe this record... it's a mix of rock and rap, but not in a beastie boys kind of way, but in a very experimental, DIY, punk kinda way. regardless i'm hooked...

The vocals on these songs have a teenage angst vibe to them, and make me feel like a kid again. DEAR-GOD's vocals often remind me of a smaller hardcore ... read more

I'm a little late to the bbno$ party... I was absolutely hooked on Help Herself, the guitar samples and melody were really dope. and I was loving the vibe of Bad To The Bone... Sorry and My Oh My came through with a similar melodic banger vibe. Again, like Help Herself, the samples on My Oh My are awesome! Really exited to see with bbno$ does in the future!

Bangers on bangers...

This album is awesome. Her flow is soo good, and her singing voice is amazing too...damn Right is still one of my favourite songs from 2020, and this project kept my hype up for Audrey. genuinely exited to see where she takes her career!

This review is for the 7 new songs only... For the most part, this deluxe basically sounds like what it is... throwaway songs that weren't good enough for Ugly is Beautiful. I'm not really surprised the deluxe songs aren't as good as the songs on the record.

A couple songs are actually really good, and a few songs are kinda boring, which makes this an awkward listen. I won't go into detail about why the boring songs are boring, considering everyone else here already has. I just gotta say, When ... read more

This album is fun. It's nowhere near as good as FIVE FIVE or The South Got Something To Say, but it's still a good listen if you're a Pouya fan... A few features are great too, like Ramirez and $B. A few raunchy lyrics can take you out of the moment, but Pouya was like 20 at the time, and he definitely grew as a person since then. Some people complain about it, as if they've never heard Eminem before. To me, it just sounds like 20 year old who hasn't found his style yet. A few great songs are ... read more

My favourite Cure album. A more alternative sound compared to early Cure records. The riffs on this album are amazing as always, like the slow burning riff on Lost, or the Perfect Girl style riff on alt.end... I'm a little surprised by the lukewarm reviews, but this band has such a big discography and so many classic albums that I shouldn't be surprised over some disagreement. That being said, this album is NOT bad. It's actually a good alternative record.

But personally, as someone who likes ... read more

One of the best rock debuts ever. Getting influence from bands like White Stripes and Queens of the Stone Age, but without the guitar, and instead, a killer overdrive bass.

Out of the Black is an extremely memorable intro to an album, and songs like Come On Over and Figure It Out keep the energy coming... also, the drum fill in the bridge of Figure It Out is absolutely unreal. Then, tracks like You Can Be So Cruel show the band's ability to write catchy hooks. The falsetto chorus will get ... read more

I agree that the Led Zeppelin comparison is getting tired, but there's a reason for that. It's because it's true. It's actually offensive how unoriginal this band is.

I wont even put this on my worst of the year list because it doesn't deserve that attention.

I was a big pop-punk fan back in high school... Back when Life's Not Out To Get You was all the rage. The scene was thriving back then, but of course, that led to saturation in the genre. The reason i'm starting my review like this, is because while I think today's pop punk scene is a little stale, I think High Wire is bringing something special to the table. And, they have everything I loved about 2015 pop-punk.

The singer's vocals are slightly reminiscent of A Day To Remember, but they have ... read more

Ok, i'm happy!

This album is amazing! and it seems to have a little bit of everything I love about Brockhampton. Also, a few members on this album really shine. Joba and Kevin have some of the best verses, and Matt and Merlyn had some stand out moments. The features all fit the album, and it flows pretty well too. Joba also lost his father to suicide last year, which makes for some pretty emotional moments.

A few songs on this album are already top 10 BH songs for me, like WINDOWS, THE LIGHT ... read more

Pretty good EP...

It's definitely not flawless, but I think THE BLOSSOM have a pretty cool sound. The first single, HARDCORE HAPPY, is one of my favourite songs to come out this year so far, and it got me really exited about this EP... unfortunately I didn't really feel the same about the second single "SHAPESHIFTER" but nonetheless, I still gave it a listen!

The opening track CONFETTI has some pretty cool melodies, that give me 2000s vibes... it can be a little bland at times but ... read more

Ok, i'm impressed...I was a pop-punk kid growing up, so i'm a longtime fan of Citizen. When I heard the first single, I was a little worried about the dance influence. Foo Fighters tried to get funky this year and it sorta flopped... But damn! Citizen really pulled it off!

The start of this album is unreal, with 3 different switch ups before we hear any vocals. It begins with a heavy and bashing intro, and then goes into a rocky riff with a dance influenced drum beat, until the drums switch to ... read more

I literally fell asleep to this album. First time that's ever happened to me. It's painfully predictable. It's a shame, because there's a few cool ideas on this album, but they aren't fleshed out. I cannot believe they spent almost 2 years writing this...
