the first 5-6 songs were killer pop and then the others that followed were filler pop
It's a fun record from a routined band but nothing memorable, though. You might find it super catchy (virtually on any song) or super messy.

Oh boy, never been into this band, but that record is great.

After 6 months of relentlessly listening to new albums every day, this is the first record that I really dig.
Absolutely brilliant, "My Friends Have" is one of the best songs I've ever heard.
Great folk tunes from Tunisia with wind instruments dominating the picture. The band comes from a poor area (the town of Bargou) and its' purpose was to collect and preserve traditional songs from the region. Then those songs were combined with modern sound and the result is delightful.
Reminds me of bulgarian folk music (we have oriental influences) in a really good way.
This is actually pretty decent pop rock record, with a heavier sound. It's forgettable but fun at times.
