Rostam - Changephobia

Rostam is as clever as ever on his latest LP. Such crisp and compelling production topped with Rostam's new & improved singing voice, singing appealing and instantly catchy melodies. A very immersive pop record from a brilliant artist that only seems to get better and better.

Even though Rostam has a specific framework in which he thrives, his music remains so diverse and distinctive that it's hard to put him in a bubble. Every track shows a new facet of production techniques, of tone, of sentiment... but they all still somehow work together towards a common goal. It's this fine line that Rostam hits perfectly and that makes this album such a pleasure to listen all the way through.

I thoroughly recommend this album for pretty much any music listener. It won't feel like a chore to get through, but you will still be left with plenty to chew on. A middle-ground that is notoriously hard to hit for pop artists.
