I like this a lot. I keep hearing great things about this guy and I'm really curious in checking him out.

This is low even by Ed Sheeran and Justin Bieber standards. Also, that has to be one of the worst music videos I have ever seen. You can ACTUALLY see the fucking greenscreen!
AAAAAND this is yet another case of a rock band trying to keep up with modern trends to try to keep their already waning relevancy up.
Yeah... this is definitely one of their weakest tracks. Not sure what they were trying to do with this one but this is overindulgent even by The Voidz’ standards. Mac DeMarco’s production falls flat here and Julian Casablancas’ vocal performance is... something else.
THEY’RE RELEASING MULTIPLE ALBUMS AGAIN?!?!?!
Not that it’s bad or anything, I’m actually hyped.
With the departure of Roger Waters, David Gilmour and crew have released one of the most soulless and unconvincing records in their discography. It does have a few highlights and there are guitar solos aplenty, but everything else is just drab and lacking the spark of Pink Floyd's other records.

The Wall: "Where the Fuck Is David Gilmour... Oh Wait, There He Is... Never Mind He's Gone" Edition
Yeah, this is pretty much a Roger Waters solo project in disguise. It's also like a B-sides album to "The Wall", which wouldn't be a bad thing if it kept me interested long enough. Unfortunately, it didn't for that long, and it feels weird having this under the Pink Floyd moniker with none of the other band members, or the amount of instrumental dedication, in sight.

I don't consider "The Wall" one of Pink Floyd's best albums, but I do really like this record... just not as much as I used to. The concept is excellent, following a man trying to isolate himself from everyone he knows, including his wife, while trying to drug, fuck and rock his worries away. Like I said, the concept is really engaging and it all pieces together with "The Trial" and climaxes somberly with "Outside the Wall". The instrumentation is also outstanding, ... read more
More Morrissey, but is HE more Morrissey? No. He is no more than he is and what Morrissey is he is more on Morrissey's new Morrissey, where he is more the Morrissey of today than the Morrissey of the past. No more Morrissey, please.

Does Johnny Marr go to mars on his next Johnny Marr? Find out next time!
It drags a little bit much for my liking, but "Reward" is still a pretty, quirky and well-written psych-folk record. I don't think it's going to beat other female singer-songwriter releases but I think it's worth a shot.

Steve Lacy is good when working with other artists like The Internet and Vampire Weekend. On his own, his work leaves a lot to be desired. The instrumentation is alright and the basslines are great but Steve's voice isn't good enough to hold its own, the production is near demo quality and the lyrics... what the fuck are these lyrics?!?!?!

As a fan of Flying Lotus’ work, I am not disappointed at the slightest! “Flamagra” is like an acid trip through Alice’s wonderland... even though it’s actually Tim Burton’s version of wonderland and everything around you is crumbling. The way FlyLo toys with several different genres and influences and squishes them all into one sound has always been a staple of his work and ... read more
"Luciferian Towers" is the sign of an amazing, revolutionary formula showing its age. Yes, it's drop-dead gorgeous. Yes, I love the mood and atmosphere. Yes, the compositions are brilliant. But the song structures are just predictable at this point, especially when the two 14-minute epics, the best tracks on the album, are split into three parts. I still think this record is solid, though. "Undoing a Luciferian Towers" and "Fam/Famine", while not nearly as ... read more
"Asunder, Sweet and Other Distress" was extremely close to being yet another amazing record. The first and last tracks remain some of GY!BE's most riff-heavy, mind-blowing work yet! But, as much as this has been said before, the drone tracks in the middle are unnecessary and only add filler to this album. The drones aren't bad, per se, but they're sorely lacking the interesting arrangements and subdued beauty the band is usually known for. Overall, I'll still be returning to this ... read more
"Allelujah! Don't Bend! Ascend!" proves that, even after 10 years, Godspeed You! Black Emperor still have the same amount of exciting tricks up their sleeve! It's all very evident on "Mladic", which is probably one of the best post-rock pieces of the decade! The other three songs are absolutely no slouch either and they all carry the atmosphere set on "Mladic" beautifully! Each crescendo is so extravagant, each drone is so carefully placed and each climax is so ... read more
Ok... this is starting to sound dated. The first 6 tracks are pretty good until the rest of the tracklist takes a huge tumble with horrible production and obnoxious vocal samples.
