Here's a picture of a crab raving. In 2018, this will spread to, not just other crabs, but 11-year old Fortnite players who will be annoying the living shit out of their parents for days.
By moving towards a more big beat sound and adding some elements of rock, The Prodigy have created their magnum opus! "The Fat Of The Land" is a fantastically produced, well sampled and all-around fun record that still stands tall as a classic in the late 90’s EDM movement!

"Music For The Jilted Generation" is a considerable improvement over their debut, bringing in much needed variety and outstanding production to create a much more refined rave sound that ages a lot better.

"Experience" is a very fun rave album that I would still enjoy... if it had aged well. Unfortunately, the formulas and overall production are very, VERY dated here. Which is a shame because the samples are fun and jam-packed with energy. Kinda reminds me of Jet Set Radio or those cringy MMD dance videos.

"Outer Peace" is kind of a mixed bag. There were some parts I legitimately liked, though. The production is great, the basslines are catchy and I think there are some standouts here! But the vocals and the writing are so painfully lackluster and the overall aesthetic grows stale during the second half.

As you can see on the cover, the question mark is separate from the title. The only other album to have the question mark as the title is "?" by XXXtentacion.
What I'm basically trying to say here is "Who Do You Trust?" and "?" are the same quality. Coincidence

"Not Waving, But Drowning" is yet another great UK hip hop release in 2019! Loyle Carner spits some smart, heartwarming verses on top of comfy, lo-fi production. Lots of thought went into this record and it's got some great features as well!

What a pleasant little album! It's just that combination of Adrianne Lenker's soothing voice and the immaculate instrumentals that just gave me shivers. "U.F.O.F." didn't necessarily blow me away (except for that scream in the opener) but, with the great, emotional songwriting and the gorgeous production, it didn't have to try that hard to make me say "Oh my gosh this is so beautiful" many times!

After 6 long years of silence, and by silence I mean Rostam leaving the band, a mediocre Netflix anime starring Jaden Smith and a signing to Sony Music/Columbia Records, Vampire Weekend finally release what is one of their best records yet! I love the vibe Ezra Koenig is going for here and the production is varied and creative as hell! If you thought the singles didn't really surprise you, you haven't heard shit until you've heard "Father Of The Bride"! It has its uptempo, anthemic ... read more
With the move to a more mainstream indie sound, "Antics" isn't nearly as good as "Turn On The Bright Lights". But it's still a brilliantly written and well performed record that, while safe, still provides a lot of fun.

This album... it's just freaking great! Paul Banks has some brilliantly cryptic lyrics up his sleeve and the instrumentation and production are absolutely amazing! While it doesn't do anything revolutionary, "Is This It" did a similar thing before this, "Turn On The Bright Lights" is just as seminal and it deserves its own place in the indie/post-punk history books!

"Atom Heart Mother" is a well-constructed, beautifully produced Pink Floyd album that would’ve been one of my favorites if it weren't for "Alan's Psychedelic Breakfast". It's literally 13 minutes of Alan Styles preparing and eating a breakfast I wish I could have. At least it invented ASMR decades before ASMR was even a thing.

You can definitely tell that the band was freaking out after Syd left. "Ummagumma" is filled with bland nonsense and horrible ideas. I recommend that you only listen to the live performances, as they're actually really good compared to this shit.

The fact that Brendon Urie is in this makes me lose all grasp on reality.

Wait, screw it! Turn back! As much as I love the old Beck, I like the safer shit more than this! This is absolutely messy and I am not gonna be anticipating this new release to be that good.
