in my opinion, fantastic damage by el-p is the quintessential experimental hip-hop record, you should definitely check it out sometime

Hey man, I really, really, REALLY wanna recommend Frances the Mute by The Mars Volta.
In my opinion, this is the best modern prog rock record, and my favourite album of all time.

Hey! you should definitely listen to "Ladies and Gentlemen We Are Floating in Space" by Spiritualized, it's easily one of the best things I've ever heard. Also, if you're open to some music that is not in english, you should listen to "Encarnado" by Juçara Marçal. Hope you like it :)

Fuyuu Kuukan by Tomoko Aran is probably my second favorite city pop record right now. Also, Oshare TV's self titled EP is another great Japanese project, although I don't think it's classified as city pop

My two recommendations would be:
The Blasting Company - Over The Garden Wall (a beautiful collection of songs that are touching, beautiful, and strange with its 1920-30’s kind of feel)
The Brobecks - Violent Things (a Pop-Punk Masterpiece! Fantastic production and eccentric performances from front to back)
Both are ABSOLUTELY phenomenal and would recommend to anyone!

Imma recommand "Or Noir – Kaaris" it's seen as a classic here in France and I need to know if someone who doesn't sppeak French can still appreciate it or will just hate it

In the Aeroplane Over the Sea. Such a surreal, beautiful, warm and unique album. I love it front to back, and I haven't seen it in your ratings :)

Just looked through your account, a very sad lack of Pink Floyd. I'd say listen to Dark Side of the Moon as your first. Besides Pink Floyd, The Black Saint and the Sinner Lady by Charles Mingus is my personal favorite jazz album.
