Not his strongest album of the new era, but there are definitely standout tracks. "St. Chroma," for example, had me genuinely excited, leading me to expect a more experimental direction for this release. Unfortunately, Tyler plays it safer here than in many of his other works, including pre flower boy era. However, this is Tyler's most personal album yet.
